Hi there. I am so glad you are here. I am a seasoned therapist with over 25 years in the helping professions. I have had a private practice for the last 10 years. I am a trauma specialist and I help individuals process and heal from the tragedies, abuse and difficult life events that are too often a part of life.

I believe in the inner power you hold to heal. I practice EMDR, CBT, DBT, Family Systems and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to treat trauma and dissociative disorders. I am also trained in perinatal mental health and work with mom’s, dad’s and families experiencing issues related to child birth, loss, infertility and post-partum mental health.
